Introduction to SkyStudio
SkyStudio is an enterprise AI platform where organizations build AI agents and automation flows that run on their own data. It brings chat, agent building, integrations, and workflow automation together under one secure roof.
What sets it apart from a general-purpose chat tool is that the model works with your organization's own documents, systems, and processes. An answer is grounded in your company's files, applications, and defined rules rather than in general information from the internet. Teams no longer have to re-explain context every time — everyone works from the same knowledge base and the same access rules.
What SkyStudio is for
- Fast access to company knowledge. Scattered documents, procedures, and system records can be queried in plain language through chat.
- Automating repetitive work. Routine steps such as preparing reports, producing content, or classifying records are handed off to workflows.
- Role-specific agents. Sales, HR, legal, and support teams define agents that carry their own context.
- Controlled usage. You manage who can reach which agent and which data, and monitor usage logs and analytics in one place.
Core concepts
Workspace
The platform is organized around workspaces. Each workspace keeps its own agents, knowledge base, users, logs, and analytics separate. Data and agents in one workspace are not visible from another unless they are explicitly shared.
This makes it possible for different departments — or different client and project teams — to use the same platform without touching each other's data.
Chat
The starting point for everyday use. Users ask questions directly, upload documents, call workflows, and pull information from connected sources, seeing the results in the same conversation. It is the fastest route for one-off tasks that need no setup.
Agent
An AI agent configured for a specific job. An agent is defined together with its instructions, the knowledge sources it draws on, the tools it can use, and its access permissions. It is set up once and reused by the team.
Workflow
An automation in which several steps run in a predefined order. It starts from a trigger event or is run manually, chaining together steps such as collecting data, calling the model, branching on conditions, and writing back to your systems. Chat solves a single question; a workflow solves a recurring process.
Integration
Integrations take SkyStudio agents outside the platform. You can embed an agent in your website or internal applications with an iframe or script snippet, connect it to your own systems through the API, and make it reachable in the channels your team already uses, such as WhatsApp and Teams.
It is the same agent in every channel: its instructions, knowledge sources, and permissions stay the same — only the surface it is used on changes.
Platform Administration
User and role management, workspace settings, model and usage policies, and log and analytics screens live here. Administrators use this area to see how the platform is being used and to set its boundaries.
Navigating the documentation
Use the left menu for category headings, and the tabs at the top to move between the Chat, Agent, Workflow, Integration, and Platform Administration guides.
- New to the platform? Start with Chat.
- Setting up a lasting agent for your team? Go to Agent.
- Automating a recurring process? See Workflow.
- To bring your agents into your website, applications, or channels like WhatsApp and Teams, see Integration.
- For setup, users, and permissions, follow the Platform Administration guide.
First steps
- Sign in to the workspace assigned to you.
- Try the platform from the chat screen by asking a question or uploading a document.
- Create your first agent in SkyBuilder for a task your team needs often.
- Still in SkyBuilder, connect the agent to your knowledge base and the tools it needs.
- If the process repeats, move the same job into a workflow in SkyBuilder.
- Put the agent where your team works: embed it in your website, or publish it over the API, WhatsApp, or Teams.
