Credentials and Connections

6. Credentials and Connections

Credentials allow you to centrally manage the OAuth and API connections used by agents, workflows, and integration tools in SkyStudio.

You can access this screen by selecting Credentials from the profile menu or by opening the Credentials section from the Settings menu.

6.1. Viewing Connections

The connections table displays the following information for each connection:

  • Connection name
  • Provider
  • Type
  • Access
  • Status
  • Last updated

Depending on the provider, the connection type may be displayed as OAuth 2 or Custom.

6.2. Checking Connection Access and Status

The Access field shows the scope in which the connection can be used.

For example, connections available only to the current user may be displayed as Only Me, while connections that can be used in workspace integrations may be displayed with different access scopes.

You can check the current state of a connection from the Status field.

For example, a connection may be Active or waiting for OAuth authorization to be completed.

Existing connections can be managed using the available actions on the right side of the corresponding row.

6.3. Adding a New Connection

To create a new connection, select Add Connection in the upper-right corner of the screen.

During connection setup, you must provide the required connection and authorization information based on the selected provider.

For connections that use OAuth, you may need to complete the authorization process for the relevant service. For other connection types, provide the connection information required by the provider.

Connections configured in the Credentials section can be used by compatible agents, workflows, and integration operations.
