Enterprise System Nodes

6. Enterprise System Nodes

Enterprise system nodes allow SkyStudio workflows to connect to enterprise ERP and CRM systems.

These nodes can be used to access and query data stored in enterprise systems and perform operations on those systems according to the supported capabilities.

Before configuring an enterprise system connection, the relevant connection information, user permissions, and required network access must be prepared.

6.1. Salesforce

The Salesforce node allows SkyStudio workflows to work with the Salesforce CRM system.

CRM data in Salesforce can be accessed, and records can be processed according to the supported operations.

Salesforce user credentials and a Security Token are used to create the connection. The user associated with the connection must have API access permissions.

Because production and test environments use different Login URL values, make sure the correct environment is selected when creating the connection.

After the connection is created, select the relevant Salesforce connection from the node and configure the parameters required for the selected operation.

6.2. SAP

SAP nodes allow SkyStudio workflows to access data and services in SAP systems.

Depending on the SAP system and integration method, SAP HANA, SAP SOAP, or SAP REST connections can be used.

SAP HANA allows data in an SAP HANA database to be queried.

SAP SOAP allows workflows to communicate with SOAP-based SAP services.

SAP REST allows REST-based SAP services to be used within workflows.

Before creating an SAP connection, the server address, service user credentials, required access permissions, and network permissions must be prepared.

After the connection is configured, the relevant SAP connection can be selected from the node and the parameters for the selected operation can be configured.

6.3. CANIAS ERP

The CANIAS ERP node allows SkyStudio workflows to connect to CANIAS ERP systems.

CANIAS integration uses services provided by the relevant system. When configuring the connection, the WSDL address of the CANIAS service and the required access information are defined.

For the connection to work, the relevant service must be accessible from SkyStudio and the account being used must have the required permissions.

After the connection is configured, CANIAS services can be used within the workflow and supported ERP operations can be performed.
