Image Generation and Editing

10. Image Generation and Editing

SkyStudio Chat allows you to generate new images using natural language and edit specific areas of generated images with AI assistance.

10.1. Generating an Image

To generate a new image, enter a prompt in the chat describing the image you want to create.

For example:

Create a realistic landscape image with green hills at sunset and mountains in the distance.

For better results, you can specify the subject, environment, style, and important details of the image in your prompt.

Once the image is generated, the result is displayed directly within the conversation.

Using the options available below the generated image, you can:

  • Open it in a new tab,
  • Download it,
  • Open it in the editing area.

10.2. Editing an Image

SkyStudio allows you to edit specific areas of a generated image with AI assistance.

When you open the image you want to edit, the Generated Image editing area is displayed on the right side of the screen.

To modify a specific area, you can use Mask mode.

With Mask mode enabled, use the brush to mark the area of the image you want to change. You can adjust the brush size to control the precision of your selection.

If you want to make the selection again, use the Clear Mask option.

10.3. Providing Image Editing Instructions

After selecting the area you want to modify, enter the desired change in the Editing Instruction field.

For example:

  • Add a small lake to this area.
  • Remove the house from the selected area.
  • Add trees to this area.
  • Make the selected area covered in snow.

After entering your instruction, click Apply Edit.

SkyStudio uses the selected area and the provided editing instruction to modify the image.

This method allows you to work only on the area you want to change instead of regenerating the entire image.
