1. Platform Management Overview

Platform Management allows you to manage user, access, knowledge source, connection, and usage settings for your SkyStudio workspace from a centralized structure.

Within Platform Management, you can:

  • Manage your user profile and security settings.
  • Edit workspace information.
  • Invite team members to the workspace.
  • Configure user roles and permissions.
  • Define the fields displayed in conversation and analytics tables.
  • Add and manage knowledge sources in the workspace.
  • Configure OAuth and API connections.
  • Access your previous activities.
  • Analyze chat, agent, and workflow usage.
  • View recent conversations and export conversation data.

1.1. Accessing Settings​

To access the Settings section, click the user icon in the lower-left corner of the screen.

From the menu that opens, you can directly access:

  • Profile Settings
  • Workspace Settings
  • Credentials

You can also access other platform management options from the Settings screen.

1.2. Accessing the Analytics Section​

To view platform usage statistics, click Analytics in the main navigation menu on the left.

From the Analytics screen, you can review chat, agent, and workflow usage within the workspace, view usage trends, and access conversation data.
