2. Profile and Notification Settings

Profile and Notification Settings allow you to manage personal information, security options, and SkyStudio notifications associated with your user account.

2.1. Profile Settings​

Profile Settings is the section where you can manage your basic account information and personal security settings.

You can access this page by selecting Profile Settings from the profile menu or by using the Profile section on the Settings screen.

2.1.1. Profile Information​

The upper section of the Profile screen displays basic information associated with your user account.

From this section, you can:

  • Add or change your profile picture.
  • Edit your first name.
  • Edit your last name.
  • View the email address associated with your account.
  • Check the verification status of your email address.
  • View your current plan.

After changing your first or last name, select Save Changes to save the updated information.

2.1.2. Security​

You can change your account password from the Security section within Profile Settings.

Enter your new password in the password field, then select Change Password to complete the update.

2.1.3. Mask User Data​

The Profile Settings screen includes a Mask User Data option.

When this feature is enabled, usernames and WhatsApp numbers are hidden on the Analytics page and in agent integrations.

You can enable or disable this feature based on your needs.

2.1.4. Plan and Billing​

The Plan and Billing section is located at the bottom of the Profile Settings screen.

From this section, you can view your current plan and usage information associated with your plan.

2.2. Notifications​

The Notifications section allows you to view and manage notifications related to your SkyStudio account and workspace from a single location.

You can access this section by selecting Notifications from the Settings menu.

2.2.1. Viewing Notifications​

Notifications are listed in chronological order.

Notifications may include information such as:

  • A new team member joining the workspace.
  • An invitation to join a workspace.
  • SkyStudio news and updates.

The total number of notifications and the number of unread notifications are displayed at the top of the screen.

2.2.2. Managing Notifications​

To mark all notifications as read, select Mark All as Read.

To remove all existing notifications, select Clear All.
