7. Workflow Integrations

You can integrate workflows created in SkyStudio with websites, applications, or external systems.

Workflow integration allows a workflow to be presented to users through a web interface or executed by external systems.

7.1. Opening Workflow Integration Settings​

To access the integration settings for a workflow, find the relevant workflow on the Integrations page and select Manage.

This opens the Integration and Deployment screen for the selected workflow. From this screen, you can view and configure the available integration methods for the workflow.

7.2. Publishing Prerequisite​

Before a workflow can be executed by external systems, the required publishing steps must be completed.

The workflow must be published, particularly when using a webhook or an external system trigger.

Workflows in draft status cannot be executed by external systems.

7.3. Workflow Integration Process​

Workflow integration generally consists of three steps.

Select Method is where you choose how the workflow will be used.

Customize is where you configure the workflow's user-facing interface and behavior according to the selected method.

Deploy is where you access the generated integration code or API information.

This process allows the workflow to be configured according to its intended integration method and made available for use on the relevant website, application, or external system.
