History

7. History

The History section allows you to access work you previously performed in SkyStudio.

You can access this screen by selecting History from the Settings menu.

7.1. Viewing Previous Work​

From History, you can access content you previously worked on, such as chats, agent activities, workflows, and AI searches.

You can use the Search history... field at the top of the screen to search through your previous work.

7.2. Filtering History​

You can filter the results using the following options:

  • All
  • Chat
  • Agent

Entries in the History list may display the name of the activity, the related agent if one was used, and the date.

Select an entry to access the corresponding activity again.

You can also start a new chat directly by selecting New Chat in the upper-right corner of the screen.
